In July of 1994, I was asked to come to Toronto to photograph rehearsals for the Rolling Stones Voodoo Lounge tour. One day we took off from rehearsing to shoot a video for the single “Love is Strong.” The video entailed the Rolling Stones walking through New York City as 200 foot tall characters. This entailed the video to be shot on green screen and the band being “Photoshopped” into existing scenes of New York City by director David Fincher (Fight Club, etc.).
This photograph shows Ron Wood being filmed for one of the scenes.

At one point, during a break in the action, I took the opportunity to gather the band for a posed photo.
