Farmers and Chefs

Through my connection with Farm Aid through the years, I have met and become friends with many amazing farmers and chefs who are setting standards for bringing good healthy food to the Chicago area. Their stories are heartwarming, and hopefully will get consumers to understand that it is worth paying a small amount extra to get food that tastes better- and is better for them. They are the true heroes of our food system.
